30-Day Free Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer free returns within this 30-day window.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Certain goods such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or custom/personalized items may not be eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at Plenorasupp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your return.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Plenorasupp@outlook.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at Plenorasupp@outlook.com and we’ll arrange it promptly.
